1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZCA.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy (https://zca.ai/privacy), which is incorporated into these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2.Description of Service

ZCA.ai is an AI-powered productivity platform that helps users manage tasks, journals, calendars, schedules, meetings, and AI-assisted workflows. The platform may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and iCloud, when and only when you choose to connect them.

3.User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Providing accurate and current information.
• All activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use ZCA.ai.

4.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Use AI features or connected third-party services (including Gmail sending) to send spam, phishing messages, or other abusive communications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations, or the terms of any connected third-party service.

5.Google and Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services, including Google, Microsoft, or Apple accounts, you authorize ZCA.ai to access only the specific permissions you approve during the authorization flow.

• ZCA.ai accesses connected-account data solely to provide the features you enable, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• When you connect Google, the permissions shown during authorization include calendar read access (to list calendars and sync your schedule), calendar event management (to create meetings you approve), Gmail sending (to send messages you approve), and basic profile information (to authenticate your account). ZCA.ai does not request Google Drive access. Each permission is used only for the corresponding feature you enable.
• Actions taken on your connected accounts through ZCA.ai (such as creating a calendar event or sending an email) occur only when you initiate or approve them.
• ZCA.ai's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
• You may revoke these permissions at any time from your ZCA.ai settings or from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation may disable dependent features.

Your use of third-party services through ZCA.ai remains subject to those services' own terms and policies.

6.AI Features

ZCA.ai provides AI-assisted features such as scheduling suggestions, summaries, and drafting. AI outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it or sending it to others. Data from your connected Google account is processed by AI features only to deliver the feature you requested and is not used to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

7.Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewals, and refunds are governed by the applicable pricing and payment terms presented during purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

8.Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, logos, and content provided by ZCA.ai remain the property of ZCA.ai unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform without prior written permission.

You retain all rights to the content you create in ZCA.ai (tasks, journals, notes) and to your connected-account data. You grant ZCA.ai a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

9.Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

10.Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. You may delete your account at any time from account settings; upon deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

11.Disclaimer

ZCA.ai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZCA.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including damages resulting from AI-generated content or actions taken on connected third-party accounts at your direction.

13.Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of ZCA.ai after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ZCA.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
